Neon hair dyeing

I keep seeing these sick photos of bright hair litterly their entire head is one color (or dip dyed), I know that was kinda the thing everyone did last year...  but no one ever went to this extent. Just look at these pics, there will be no words needed. Theres a video I just watched the other day on Rookie mag.
