Potential DIY project..?

I saw this picture and literally starred at it for a good 5 minutes drooling, I am OBSESSED with it. I know its a lil weird as it is just a chandelier, but how many flowers do you see somehow weaved into a chandelier. Looking closer to the detail on the picture I started to realize I could make this, somehow... This is going to be my project over the Easter long weekend. For anyone who wants to try this and is a bit unsure how, follow the instructions below.

Materials:

- A bunch of test tubes (or those things you get at a flower store with the rubber caps across top with holes in them to hold the flower in place - don't know the name)
- Tons of fake flowers (so they last longer!)
- A big circle with holes throughout it (I'm sure you could buy this at Ikea or some sort of decorating store)
- Sturdy String to tie all around sides and I guess attach to some sort of hook in ceiling
- And a big light in the middle

I guess the rest is more self explanatory
